Membership Pricing
Our membership pricing is intentionally simple and transparent.
Registration Fee:
$160/child (family max of $540)
Monthly Fee (per child):
0-23 months = $225/month
2 years and older = $160/month
We also offer a 5% discount if annual billing is selected.
Additional discounts apply when registering 3 or more children.
Services Included with Membership
These services are furnished by the Practice to the patient at no charge beyond the Membership Fee (see membership agreement on registration site for details):

Well-child visits as recommended by the AAP

Sick and acute-care office visits

Sports physicals

After-hours phone, email, and text access

Telehealth visits when clinically appropriate

Hemoglobin, rapid strep, and urinalysis in-office testing

Evaluation and management of chronic pediatric conditions such as asthma and allergies

Additionally, we have agreements with local labs so that our patients may receive substantial discounts compared to the labs' regular prices.
How to Become a Member
STEP 1
Register online
Register online at https://sprayberry.hint.com/signup/
Once you register, sign the membership agreement, and set up your method of payment, we will review your application.
Once we confirm your membership, you will receive an email with a link to a new patient form and a request to complete the new patient information.
STEP 2
Complete Paperwork
Follow the link in the email you receive from Sprayberry Pediatrics and complete the new patient information.
If you registered multiple children, please complete one form for each child.
Once we receive the form, we will enter your child's information into our electronic health record and our staff will contact you if any additional information is needed.
STEP 3
Schedule your
first visit
If your child has never seen Dr. Sprayberry or Dr. Miller before or hasn't seen them in the last 3 years, contact our office to schedule an initial visit so we can establish your child as a patient.
If your child has seen Dr. Sprayberry or Dr. Miller in the last 3 years, your child will be considered an established patient immediately. Contact us to schedule your child's next routine well visit.
STEP 04
Download and activate our patient communication app
Once your child is established as a patient, we will provide details regarding the communications app so that you will be able to directly contact the doctor when needed.
Your First Visit
Welcome to a different kind of healthcare. Your first visit at Sprayberry Pediatrics is an unhurried, 60-minute experience where we truly get to know your child. Expect a warm, professional environment where we discuss everything from medical history to sleep and nutrition. Beyond the clinic, you'll enjoy direct access to your pediatrician via text or call, ensuring your family feels supported every step of the way.
